Shipping Policies
1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once it has been processed.
2. Shipping Methods
• Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days.
3. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.
4. Address Changes:
Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address when placing your order. If you need to change the address after the order has been placed, contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Shipping Issues:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time or you experience any issues with shipping, please contact us at cygnuswimwear@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Unclaimed Shipments:
If a package is not claimed within the specified time frame by the carrier, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. The cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
