Return Policy for Cygnus Swimwear
We want you to love your Cygnus swimwear, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy below for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Return Eligibility
• Returns: You may return swimwear within 14 days of receiving your order for a exchange.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All tags and hygiene seals must remain intact.
• Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms, swimsuits that have been worn, or items with broken seals cannot be returned.
• Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at cygnuswimwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: After your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your items.
3. Pack Your Items: Carefully package the items you wish to return. Make sure all original tags and packaging are included.
4. Shipping the Return: Return the items using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges
• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cygnuswimwear@gmail.com We will either send you a replacement, including return shipping costs.
